How can you motivate players?(3)

Thequestion is "How can we motivate players?"
 
I said that internal motivation is effective to motivate players.
 
Is it possible for us to give internal mortivation to players?
 
I think it is not difficult to give external motivation to somebody.
If I prepared huge salary, I could give the motivation easily.
 
On the other hand, to give internal motivation is very difficult.
The reason is that the motivation rely on the person who is motivated.
 
Everybody has different personality.......
I want to find the way to give internal motivation!
