How can you motivate players?(2)

Money give us great life and safety life maybe.

Therefore, money becomes a reason which motivate players.

Actually, many workers are working to earn money
even if the job is not interesting.

But I think there is other reasons which motivate players.
And it gives more stronger motivation than money.

It is the spirit that they love football!

In sports psychology, it is called internal  motivation.

The mind that they like football or they are enjoying give us
very very strong motivation and it would be very eggective!

I will say that to enjoy football is the most important
to motivate footballers.
