How can you motivate players?

I think motivation is very important for fooballers
to improve their skills and to work hard.
 
Howeve, to motivate players is not easy.
 
Therefore, I want to think about how to motivate players from now!
 
-What motivate players?
For professional players, money can be the reason to motivate them.
 
Especially, people who were born in poor country or developing country 
tend to mind money.

 
I don't know whether it's true or not.
But many people claims that their hungry spirit causes their hardworking!
